Cartrawler Misspelled My Name and Forced Me to Pay Again for Pegasus Rental

I rented a car through Cartrawler via the Pegasus app and completed the payment with live support. Later, I noticed my name was entered as “Ş9” instead of “Şenol.” When I contacted the company, they told me this was a big issue and that I needed to rent a new car. Instead of correcting my name, they demanded I pay the full rental fee again. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Cartrawler’s poor service and rigid policies have ruined my experience. I will never work with this company again and warn others to be cautious before using their service. They need to fix these mistakes without penalizing customers.
