I Rented a Car via Pegasus App in Cyprus but Got Nothing
On July 1st, 2025, I traveled to Cyprus with Pegasus Airlines and rented a car through the Pegasus app by selecting Cyprus Airport as the pick-up location under the “Additional Services” section. I chose one of the several companies they offered and made a five-day reservation. However, when I arrived in Cyprus, there was no representative from the car rental company or shuttle service at the designated pick-up point. When I contacted Pegasus to report the issue, I was informed that the car rental company was located on the Greek side of the island. Naturally, since I couldn’t access the vehicle, I requested a reservation cancellation. However, they refused to take responsibility for the faulty service they provided, stating, “We cannot intervene,” and offered no assistance. I was unable to pick up the car I reserved, and they did not refund my payment. Therefore, I am filing a complaint against Pegasus.
