TCL Smartwatch SIM Card Failure, There Is No Way To Overcome

I bought this cool TCL smartwatch from Trendyol on January 6, 2023, it  won't read any SIM cards even though I tried five different ones from three different operators. Every time, I get this error message telling me to put in a SIM card, what am I doing? There is only one spot for cards?? I sent it to the KVKK service center hoping they could fix it up real good. But, like, I was totally surprised because they just laughed off my concern. They checked the watch and were like "meh, looks fine" and didn't find any issues. They just gave me back the watch without fixing the problem or anything. if you're making fun of customers and not listening to their problems, that's just straight-up rude.
