TCL MT42X Smartwatch "No SIM card" Error

I purchased the TCL MT42X smartwatch from Inegol Media Markt, thinking it was a quality product. After inserting a Türk Telekom SIM card, the watch displayed a "No SIM card" error just one week later. Assuming the issue was with the SIM card, I got a new one, but the problem persisted. TCL's customer service admitted that some SIM cards, due to thickness, might cause such errors. Even their own team acknowledges the problem. I sent the watch for service, and they quoted ₺1800 for repairs, asking for half the watch's price. I refuse to pay for their admitted mistake. I demand acknowledgment of their error, rectification, and coverage of the incurred expenses.
