Persistent Issues with TCL MX40 Smartwatch

I am very unhappy with the heating issue I experienced with my TCL smartwatch, which I purchased from D&R in September. I had it serviced, and the service report stated that there were no faults. However, because the SIM card had not been reinstalled, I had to send the product to the service center a second time before I could even collect it from the store. We reinserted the SIM card during this process, but there was still no network connection. We sent our mobile watch to the service center initially because of the heating problem, but when they returned it, the problem persisted. We only had the product for two weeks after purchasing it, but it has been returned to the service center for months. I must commend your customer service team on their ability to make a brand-new product defective. I demand that the defective product I received be replaced with a brand-new unit.
