Deceptive Sales Tactics at Carrefour Store
On June 17, 2023, at 5:15 PM, I purchased a Bluetooth phone from the Carrefour-Avcılar Pelican MALL branch. Before buying, I asked if I could check it myself because it was covered in plastic and had a plastic lock on it. They assured me that it was in good condition and that Lenovo is a trustworthy brand. However, as soon as I tested it before even leaving the store, I noticed that the phone on the left side was half burnt and not working. I immediately returned to the store to request a refund, but they denied it, claiming that they do not accept returns for this product due to hygiene reasons. I explained that I only used it for a second to check, but they still refused. It's absurd that your employee convinced me without hesitation, assuring me of Lenovo's quality and reliability, and now they are unwilling to assist. Their response? "You can complain wherever you want."
