I made a deposit of ₹40,000 to my 4rabet account on 21/05/2026 via UPI using my Kotak Mahindra Bank, but the amount was deducted from my bank account and has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. This situation is very worrying for me, especially since I have never successfully completed any previous deposit or withdrawal with 4rabet before this incident. After noticing that the money was not reflected in my account, I contacted 4rabet customer support and a ticket was created for my case with the reference number SUP-1479435. Despite this, my issue has not been resolved so far and I am still waiting for my funds to be credited to my account. I request that the ₹40,000 deducted from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account on 21/05/2026 via UPI be immediately credited to my 4rabet account, or that you clearly explain the reason for the delay and resolve the issue without any further loss of time.
