To my dismay, the store employee informed me that they couldn't process a refund due to company policy, but they could offer me a gift voucher instead. Despite my insistence on a proper refund, they insisted that it was the only option. I reluctantly accepted the gift certificate. After consulting with my lawyer colleagues at work, I discovered that consumer protection laws take precedence over company policies and that I had the right to cancel the purchase, even for installment payments. I attempted to contact the company by dialing 08504200501. However, the company representative, Dilek, insisted that I could not exercise my right to cancel the purchase because it only applied to online transactions.
