Levi's Store Refuses Refund, Ignoring Consumer Protection Laws

I made a purchase from the Levi's store in Panora Shopping Mall on July 23, 2023. Unfortunately, the salesperson did not inform me of my right to cancel the purchase. Later, I discovered that the same item was available on the store's website for a significantly lower price. The following day, July 24, 2023, I decided to return the item, which I had not used or even removed the tag from. To my dismay, the store employee informed me that they couldn't process a refund due to company policy, but they could offer me a gift voucher instead. Despite my insistence on a proper refund, they insisted that it was the only option. I reluctantly accepted the gift certificate. After consulting with my lawyer colleagues at work, I discovered that consumer protection laws take precedence over company policies and that I had the right to cancel the purchase, even for installment payments. I attempted to contact the company by dialing 08504200501. However, the company representative, Dilek, insisted that I could not exercise my right to cancel the purchase because it only applied to online transactions.
