Bumble Account Permanently Blocked!

I am writing regarding my Bumble account, which was permanently blocked years ago without any prior warning, message or clear reason. When I tried to access my account, I was informed that my profile was considered inauthentic, even though my profile was completely authentic. I did not receive any specific explanation about what was supposedly inauthentic, nor was I given any chance to verify my identity or correct anything. I also could not reach Bumble through any effective customer support channel to explain my situation or request a review of the decision, which left me completely helpless and ignored as a user. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and reactivated, as I am confident that my profile was authentic and in line with the rules. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was blocked in the first place so that this unfair situation can be corrected and not repeated in the future.
