I Need Bosch to Move Up My Air Conditioner Installation Appointment
I purchased a Bosch 18000 BTU wall-mounted inverter air conditioner from Epateknoloji, and the product was delivered today. I paid approximately $889 for this air conditioner.
Right after the delivery, I called the authorized service today to schedule installation. However, I was told that, despite the hot weather, they could only give me an appointment for June 20. Having the installation of a newly purchased air conditioner, for which I paid a significant amount, pushed to such a late date is causing me serious inconvenience, especially because of the current weather conditions.
I do not want to wait that long without being able to use the air conditioner I just bought. For my product purchased under order/invoice number Epb2026000044409, I request that the installation appointment be moved to the earliest possible date or that an additional service team be assigned to resolve my inconvenience.
