SHEIN FedEx Delivery Fails Due to Missing Delivery Instructions

I placed an order with SHEIN for a heating pad on May 30, with FedEx handling the delivery under tracking/order number 61290349243253343415 in the United States. Since June 6, I have repeatedly experienced problems with the delivery process, specifically with the time window in which FedEx attempts delivery. FedEx is delivering too early, and either FedEx or SHEIN is forcing me to select delivery instructions, yet I am not actually allowed to add or update the delivery instructions I need. This situation has already occurred twice, and despite my attempts to resolve it through both SHEIN and FedEx customer service, I have hit a dead wall and no one has enabled me to enter the appropriate delivery instructions. As a result of this complaint, I request that my delivery time window for this order be changed to a later and suitable time and that my delivery instructions be properly accepted and applied so that I can finally receive my heating pad without further failed delivery attempts.
