Papara Refused to Cancel My Credit Card Deposit and Ignored My Refund Request

I deposited money into the Papara application using my credit card. Then, I contacted live support and requested the transaction to be canceled and refunded, but I was told that the transaction could not be canceled or refunded. I was not informed beforehand that transactions made via credit card could not be reversed, which is highly frustrating. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to trust Papara for any financial transactions. Despite explaining my situation clearly to the support team, I was offered no assistance or alternative solution. Papara has been a disappointment, and I advise others not to use it.
