Carrefour Payfour 5% Points Not Credited - Repeated System Errors
After I started using Carrefour’s payment application Payfour, I have been experiencing constant problems for about four and a half months in almost every shopping transaction. In the payments I make with Payfour, the 5% coupon or points that should normally be earned from other top-ups are supposed to be defined automatically, but each time I have to contact live support or customer service the next day and explain the situation one by one. Despite this, the system never gets fixed and the same issues keep recurring. In my last three purchases, the same problems were repeated once again. Although I was told that “it will not happen again, it was a technical error,” I encountered similar issues again in my very next order. In addition, I have to wait for a long time to reach the live support line and to explain my problem, which causes a serious loss of time and dissatisfaction. In my most recent purchase made with Payfour, my points were once again not loaded, and I had to spend a lot of time on live support for this transaction as well. My Payfour number is 404**. I request that all my missing points, coupons and similar rights in all transactions made through this number be identified and fully credited to my account without any loss. Furthermore, I demand compensation for the grievance I have suffered due to the constant loss of time in this process, having to explain the same problem over and over again, and the ongoing systemic errors. I expect Carrefour and Payfour to permanently resolve this chronic problem and to ensure that the campaign and points systems work automatically and smoothly, in a way that does not tire or victimise customers.
