Carl’s Jr Staff Treated My Children Rudely
During my visit to Carl’s Jr at Maltepe Piazza, the cashier displayed unacceptable behavior toward my children. After purchasing a kids’ meal, my two children asked for toys but were rudely told, “We don’t give toys twice,” and sent back. When I approached the counter myself, they handed me the toys without issue.
When I asked why they refused to give them to my children, the employee angrily responded, “It’s not my responsibility,” and threw the toys in front of us. Later, when my daughter asked for mayonnaise, she was also met with a harsh tone and given the mayonnaise with a dismissive, “Here you go.”
Such behavior, especially toward children, is unacceptable. I demand Carl’s Jr to take immediate action to ensure staff treat all customers, including children, with respect.
