Carl’s Jr. Nautilus Branch Delivered Stale Cold Burgers Under Order CHK 4935
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, at around 9:30 PM, I placed an order for a Superstar Chicken Burger combo and a Chicken Famous Star Burger combo from the Nautilus Carl’s Jr. branch. The order that arrived was a complete disappointment. The burger buns were stale and hard, and because they were poorly wrapped, they had fallen apart inside the packaging. The fries were cold and stale, looking as though they had been sitting out since morning. I do not believe the delivery driver is to blame, because aside from the fries, the onion rings I ordered arrived hot and intact, proving the issue lay entirely in the preparation and packaging process.
Under order receipt CHK 4935, only the onion rings arrived acceptable, while the quality and presentation of the remaining items were thoroughly unacceptable. Because the location closed at 10:00 PM, I had no opportunity to contact the branch that evening. Experiencing this has severely shaken my trust in the Carl’s Jr. brand, and I am entirely dissatisfied with the service I received.
I demand that a necessary review be conducted regarding this branch's negligence—particularly concerning product freshness and packaging standards—that preventative measures be taken to avoid similar incidents, and that I be contacted with a resolution to compensate for this atrocious experience.
