I Face Refund Denial From Carjet After Receiving the Wrong Vehicle at Istanbul Airport

On June 29, 2025, I booked a Citroën C3 through Carjet for pickup at Istanbul Airport, with drop-off in Austria, and paid a €90 prepayment. However, when we arrived at the airport, we were given a Fiat instead — a much smaller vehicle with limited trunk space that couldn’t accommodate our luggage.

We informed the representative that this was not the car model we had reserved and that no equivalent or suitable alternative had been provided. Despite waiting for nearly an hour at the airport, no solution was offered, and no vehicle matching our booking became available. Ultimately, we refused to accept the smaller car, and the representatives simply left with their vehicle.

Even though we received no service whatsoever, the €90 prepayment was never refunded. When we contacted Carjet customer service, we were told that a refund would not be possible.

I demand a full refund of the €90 payment, as I was not provided with the reserved car or an equivalent replacement, and no rental service was delivered.
