I rented a car from Carjet on 25 October 2024 at Dalaman International Airport. I was charged €9.72, one-tenth of the total amount, during the online reservation. However, we canceled the rental because the terms of use were not suitable due to the high deposit fee. Despite being assured of a smooth refund process, it became evident that this was not the case. The representative created a cancellation report and stated that the money would be refunded within a month. I even followed up with customer service, but my concerns were not properly addressed. When I checked my bank account, I saw that my online booking fee had not been refunded. So if you are looking for a car rental company, keep this complaint in mind.
