I Rented from CarJet but Got Scammed—They Took My Money and Gave Me Nothing in Return

CarJet is running a well-organized scam, and I’m urging others to take legal action with me. First, they charge you in full for the car rental. Then, when you show up to pick up the vehicle, a local partner (clearly part of the same scheme) finds a way to deny you the car. They demand all kinds of documents—passport, e-government registration, credit card—but always find some excuse to say there’s a problem.
And here’s the trick: when you ask for a refund, they disappear. The local office says they have no responsibility and that CarJet is based in Spain. There’s no phone number to call—just an email that sends you an automatic message saying, “We can’t refund you because you didn’t pick up the car on time.” What a joke.
