CapCut Pro Charged Monthly Despite Annual Subscription Payment

Hello, I have been a long-time monthly CapCut Pro user. In September, I decided to switch to the annual subscription and paid ₺2500 to avoid monthly payments. However, I noticed that CapCut continued charging me for the monthly Pro subscription even after my annual payment.

Today, I canceled the monthly subscription, but now my annual Pro membership is not active. I already paid for the annual subscription 2-3 months ago, so why were monthly payments still deducted after that?

I request a refund for all the monthly charges taken since my annual payment and ask you to activate my annual subscription starting today. Please resolve this issue promptly. I want to use the full benefits of the Pro membership I already paid for.
