I Paid Twice for CapCut Premium but the Watermark Still Won’t Go Away
Yesterday, I paid ₺299 for a one-month CapCut Premium subscription expecting to remove the watermark from my videos. However, the logo was still there. Thinking the first transaction failed, I paid again today using my card—another ₺299, totaling ₺598 for a service that hasn’t worked at all. Despite making two payments, the CapCut watermark remains and my account still behaves like a free version.
I urgently need this fixed. I rely on CapCut for editing content and can’t waste time troubleshooting paid features that don’t activate. There are plenty of alternatives out there, but I’d rather not switch unless I have to. Please activate my premium subscription immediately or provide a full refund. I expect a solution ASAP.
