CapCut Pro Charged Me Despite Immediate Cancellation

I accidentally purchased a CapCut Pro subscription, but I canceled it within 2 minutes without ever using it. However, despite my immediate cancellation, I was still charged ₺2000, and my Pro membership was not activated either. Now, I am left with no subscription and no refund.

I have reached out for support, but I have received no assistance in either restoring my subscription or processing a refund. This is completely unfair and unacceptable—I should not be paying for a service that I never used and canceled right away.

I demand an immediate refund or reinstatement of my Pro membership. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
