I signed up to try Canva’s web application, but after the trial period ended, ₺103 was charged to my account without my knowledge. I never received any email notifying me that the trial was over, yet I received one confirming the payment. I expect this situation to be resolved immediately. I value customer satisfaction and hope Canva does as well. Please refund the unauthorized charge and ensure that better communication is provided to prevent such issues in the future.
