I am absolutely furious with the Canva app! A Premium trial was somehow initiated on my account. This action was not done by me, but upon receiving a notification, I immediately canceled the subscription. However, ₺100 has still been charged to my registered card account!
This is completely unacceptable. I'm a student, and ₺100 is a significant amount of money for me. I can't reach any authorized personnel at Canva, and I'm utterly unable to get this membership canceled or refunded.
