I Face Unauthorized Charge From Canva Despite Free Trial Offer

I signed up for Canva’s one-month free trial, which was clearly advertised on their official website as completely free with a ₺0.00 charge. However, on October 19, 2025, a ₺25 payment was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank credit card without my authorization.

I did not select any paid plan or additional services — I only intended to test the free version. So far, I haven’t contacted Canva customer support, and I’ve confirmed that the charge occurred only once.

I request an immediate refund of the ₺25 fee that was unjustly charged during what should have been a free trial period. Canva should also ensure that no further deductions are made from my account in the future.
