Canva Pro Trial Fee Issue — Charged Despite Free Offer

On September 30, 2025, I started a Canva Pro free trial that was clearly advertised as free of charge. However, despite it being a free trial, ₺25 was withdrawn from my account. The information on Canva’s website specifically stated that no payment would be taken during the trial period, so I was surprised and disappointed to see this charge.

I haven’t yet contacted Canva customer support, but my registered email address is s**@gmail.com**.

I request a full refund of the ₺25 that was incorrectly charged and ask that no further payments be taken from my account in the future.
