Before I started the CamScanner trial, it clearly said the first 3 days were free and no payment would be taken during that period. Trusting that information, I activated the trial, but on the very first day, I tried to cancel—and still, CamScanner charged me anyway.
This is misleading and feels like a trick to make users pay even when they act within the trial period. I hadn’t even used the app properly and yet was charged immediately without any warning or notice. I demand a full refund and for my subscription to be canceled right away. Also, explain clearly how the refund process works. I deserve to know how and when I’ll get my money back.
