I wanted to try the 3-day free trial CamScanner advertises, but I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I never even used the app, yet shortly after starting the so-called “free” trial, €69.99 (about ₺2,300) was taken from my card for a full year of Premium. This happened at midnight on the second day, without warning, approval, or any reminder.
I canceled the subscription right after, but the money was already gone. If this is how the app works, I can only assume it's not operating within a fair system. In Germany, if you buy something and don’t like it, you can return it—I should have that same right here. I didn’t agree to a one-year Premium subscription and I absolutely need that money back.
