Instamatch Withdrawal Marked Successful but Money Not Received

I made a withdrawal of 5,000 from my Instamatch account to my Kotak Bank account on March 8, 2026, at around 3:00 p.m. On the Instamatch website, this transaction is marked as successful and is linked to Order ID WL111899307, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.
For the past nine days, Instamatch support has been giving me the same response, stating that the amount will be credited to my bank account or returned to my gaming wallet within 24 hours. Despite these repeated assurances, the money has not been credited anywhere. As a result, my funds are effectively blocked without any clear explanation or resolution, and I now feel that Instamatch is treating customers unfairly.
I also contacted Kotak Bank, and they clearly confirmed that the amount has not been credited to my account. This indicates that there is a serious issue on Instamatch’s side with this transaction and raises concerns about the reliability of their withdrawal process.
Based on my experience, I want to warn other users to be cautious before betting or depositing money on Instamatch, because even when a withdrawal is marked as successful, the funds may not actually reach the bank account.
I request that Instamatch urgently investigate this failed withdrawal linked to Order ID WL111899307 and either immediately credit the 5,000 to my Kotak Bank account or reverse the transaction back to my Instamatch wallet. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this issue has remained unresolved for nine days despite the transaction being marked as successful, and why my withdrawal has not been properly processed.
