I downloaded CamScanner to take advantage of the 3-day free trial the app clearly offers. I never used the app during the trial period, yet I was shocked to find out that money was taken from my card for a Premium subscription—without any notification, warning, or approval from my side.
I’m a student, and this charge has caused a serious problem for me financially. I trusted the “free trial” label and never expected to be charged for something I didn’t even use. This is misleading, unfair, and frankly unacceptable.
CamScanner, I’m urgently requesting a full refund of the amount you withdrew. I need that money back immediately. Please resolve this issue without delay.
