I’m seriously upset with CamScanner. I signed up for the 3-day free Premium trial, made sure to cancel it on time, and thought that was the end of it. But no—CamScanner still charged me ₺399, even though I followed all the rules. And as if that wasn’t enough, they charged me another ₺255 today without any reason or notice. That’s a total of ₺654 taken from me for a subscription I had already canceled.
I’m a student—I can’t afford to lose money like this. I even had to block my card to stop further unauthorized charges. This is beyond wrong.
CamScanner, you need to refund every lira you took and stop charging users who cancel properly. Fix this now!
