Camper Delayed My Shoe Delivery for Over a Month With No Response or Refund Offered

One month ago, I bought some sneakers from Camper; I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I trusted that timetable since the delivery time stated when I ordered was 15 days. I have sadly gotten no reply or fix while contacting out by email, writing, and calling several times. Finding any information or help about my order has proved quite challenging. These shoes were purchased especially for the summer; however, the season is almost finished. I no longer require the product hence at this moment I'm requesting a refund. Camper's silence on this has been somewhat demoralizing. I cannot urge their service to others and will not be buying with them once again.
