2-Month Wait for Camper Refund! Unacceptable Delay After Return Approval
It's been 2 months since my Camper shoe return was approved, and I still haven't received the refund. I call customer service every day, and all I get is "We're forwarding it to accounting." Last week, they finally asked for my IBAN number to transfer the money, but the payment still hasn't come through. It seems like they're just stalling to avoid issuing the refund. I've filed a complaint with Consumer Rights because I believe they won't refund the money at this point. Let them deal with it now. This delay is unacceptable, and I urge Camper to expedite the reimbursement process and prioritize customer satisfaction.
