Camper Order Missing for 3 Weeks, Conflicting Information, No Help

I made a purchase from Camper (order #4005504837) on March 9th, 2024, and I am yet to receive my product. Upon placing the order, I was informed that the delivery would take approximately 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, when I reached out to check on the progress of my order, I was informed that it has been held up in customs for a whole week.
The customer service representative at Camper was not very helpful and seemed to have a negative attitude. I reached out to both the domestic and international departments of UPS with my tracking number (1Z1V43156805629672), but they informed me that the product is still in the possession of the sender. I'm receiving conflicting information from everyone.
If my product has gone missing, I expect either a refund or prompt delivery. I have been dealing with this issue for three weeks now, and the way Camper, a company I often purchase from, has been handling it is completely unacceptable. The responses I've received and the decline in service quality are extremely disappointing. I won't be making any future purchases from them. I need my product delivered as soon as possible.
