My Camper Order Delayed for Over a Month, No Update on Delivery Status

I placed an order with Camper (order number 4006105532) over a month ago, and it has still not arrived. When I checked UPS’s tracking information, I saw that the package hasn’t even entered Turkey yet. I ordered the exact same shoes for my fiancé through Amazon, and they arrived within three days. However, the order directly from Camper's website seems to be lost, with no clear updates or resolution. The promised delivery time of 10-15 business days has proven to be completely inaccurate. Camper, please address this delay immediately and provide an update on the status of my order. I am highly disappointed and expect a prompt response.
