Camper Delayed My Order and Ignored Refund Request

On October 22, 2024, I purchased a product from Camper's official website. However, they have not shipped the item, and instead of providing proper updates, they sent a faulty tracking number linked to a Trendyol link, which is completely unrelated. I requested the cancellation of my order, but they have not approved it. Furthermore, when I emailed to ask for a valid tracking number or clarification, they ignored my message entirely.

This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I paid for this product expecting reliable service. Camper must either ship my order immediately with a proper tracking number or approve my cancellation and issue a full refund. I am extremely dissatisfied and demand a resolution promptly.
