Camper Order Delayed for 48 Days – No Delivery, No Refund

I placed an order on Camper's website on January 5, 2025, and after 48 days, I still have not received my purchase. Customer service keeps telling me that the item is stuck in customs, but they offer no solutions—not even an alternative shipping method or estimated delivery time.

To make matters worse, they refuse to cancel the order or process a refund, leaving me with no resolution. This level of service is completely unacceptable from a well-known brand like Camper.

I demand an immediate resolution—either ship my order now or issue a full refund. If this is not resolved soon, I will take further action and report the issue on every possible consumer platform.
