Camper Canceled My Order Without Notice & Delayed Delivery

I placed an order for a Camper product on January 18, 2025, expecting delivery within 2-4 business days, as advertised. After a week of waiting, I checked the system only to find my order canceled—without any prior notification.

When I called customer service, they told me that my order had been canceled and replaced with a new one coming from abroad. However, it has now been 20 days, and no one can tell me where my order is or when it will arrive. When I requested a cancellation, they refused, saying it was not possible.

Camper, how can a reputable brand handle orders like this? No stock update, no delivery estimate, and no option to cancel. This lack of communication is unacceptable! Provide a clear update or refund my money immediately! Buyers, beware—this brand may leave you waiting indefinitely!
