Camper Shoe Order Not Delivered, The Company's Logistics Needs Attention

Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered from Trendyol on 23.07.24 were not delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo. They attempted delivery on 25.07.24 but didn’t complete it (I checked the live tracking and saw they turned back when they were just 1 km away from me). Realizing they couldn’t deliver to my address, I asked them to leave the package at the Alaçatı Yurtiçi Kargo branch so I could pick it up. When I went to the branch on 26.07.24, they said my package wasn't there and would arrive the next day. On 27.07.24, they told me to pick it up at the transfer center on Monday, 29.07.24. The package was sent to the Kabalak branch, and when I spoke with the staff there, I sadly realized that they didn’t understand their own system. I was explicitly told by another branch that the Alaçatı branch manager and employees mislead customers. On the same day, I ordered another product from Koray Spor, which was delivered on 25.07.24 by MNG Kargo. Another item I ordered from Trendyol was also delivered promptly. Camper, I ask you: Why does a reputable company like yours work with such an unreliable cargo company that doesn't value customer trust and fails to do its job properly? Sales and customer satisfaction are crucial in these times. I'm about to order another pair of shoes from your company, but this issue has made me hesitant. I will wait until you partner with a more reliable cargo company before placing any more orders. I do not have any affiliation with any cargo company, but it’s important to me that accountability is upheld. I kindly request that you address this issue and get back to me.
