I placed an order with Trendyol, and my package was delivered to Sürat Kargo. We ordered on February 27, 2024, in the morning, and it arrived at Sürat Kargo at 14:51 the same day. Sürat Kargo loaded the box onto their delivery car and drove off. On February 27, 2024, at 20:33, it was sent to the transfer center. The delivery date was intended to be February 29, 2024. When it didn't arrive, we contacted customer support. They informed us that the box was in the delivery branch and would be delivered today provided a suitable courier was available, and they forwarded the request to the appropriate branch.

When we contacted the branch, they told us that it would be delivered on March 1st, a Friday. They stated that it would arrive at the branch in the morning and be delivered by noon. However, it did not reach us. When we called customer service again, they told us that it was caught in a double transfer. Why are you causing inconvenience for your customers?

We placed an order through Trendyol, and our package was handed over to Sürat Kargo. We placed the order on the morning of 27.02.2024, and it was delivered to Sürat Kargo at 14:51 on 27.02.2024. Sürat Kargo loaded the package onto the departure branch vehicle on 27.02.2024 and set off. It was sent to the transfer center at 20:33 on 27.02.2024. Our delivery time was shown as 29.02.2024. When it did not reach us, we contacted customer service. They told us it was at the delivery branch and that it would be delivered today if a suitable courier was found, and they transferred us to the relevant branch. When we called the branch, they told us it would be delivered on March 1st, that is, Friday, and that it would arrive at the branch on the morning of March 1st and be delivered by noon. But it still did not reach us. When we called customer service again, they said it was in double transfer. Why do you inconvenience people? Since the 27th, I have written a complaint about the double transfer, and a lady responded, saying she would get back to me, but it has been 2 days, and no one has called or checked in. How much do you enjoy making people miserable? This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.
