Sürat Kargo loaded the package onto the departure branch vehicle on 27.02.2024 and set off. It was sent to the transfer center at 20:33 on 27.02.2024. Our delivery time was shown as 29.02.2024. When it did not reach us, we contacted customer service. They told us it was at the delivery branch and that it would be delivered today if a suitable courier was found, and they transferred us to the relevant branch. When we called the branch, they told us it would be delivered on March 1st, that is, Friday, and that it would arrive at the branch on the morning of March 1st and be delivered by noon. But it still did not reach us. When we called customer service again, they said it was in double transfer. Why do you inconvenience people? Since the 27th, I have written a complaint about the double transfer, and a lady responded, saying she would get back to me, but it has been 2 days, and no one has called or checked in.
