Cambly Payment Error Blocking Installment Options

I am trying to purchase a Cambly annual subscription, but I'm facing an error at checkout. When I select the 3- or 6-month installment options, I get a message saying, “Installments cannot be processed for this payment.” My card has sufficient balance, so this shouldn’t be happening. I’m also using a discount code, but it doesn’t reduce the price; it just confirms without any change to the amount. Additionally, the lack of a customer service phone line is incredibly frustrating. I urgently need assistance with this issue since the sale ends tomorrow, and Cambly’s support seems difficult to reach. Please address this as soon as possible so I don’t miss out on the promotion.
