In999 Game Deposit Not Credited After Paytm Payment

I deposited ₹3,000 into the In999 game on February 9, 2026, via Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited and has also not been refunded to my bank account. The payment was made from my Paytm UPI ID 96363479**@pthdfc, and the deposit was intended for my In999 game account. I also have the reference number 604002582790 associated with this transaction.
Although the payment was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, there has been no balance update in my In999 game account and no refund, even after about two months. This situation has caused me financial loss and significant inconvenience.
I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that either the ₹3,000 be credited to my In999 game account or refunded back to my Paytm or bank account linked to UPI ID 9636347993@pthdfc as soon as possible. Please use the transaction reference number 604002582790 to trace the payment.
