PDF Filler Subscription Renewal Occurs After Cancellation

I started a free trial with PDF Filler and canceled it around March 6. Despite canceling the trial and immediately stopping use of the service, my credit card was later charged $144 through the PDF Filler website due to an auto-renewal that I did not authorize.

I am requesting that this unauthorized renewal be canceled and that the full amount of $144 be refunded to my credit card, as I had already canceled my free trial and did not use the service after that date.
