Hello, I am unable to subscribe to Cambly, and I cannot understand why. Whenever I click on "Subscribe," the only option displayed is "Contact Us." I have emailed Cambly support, but I haven’t received any response.
The issue is incredibly frustrating because I want to purchase a monthly subscription, yet the system does not allow me to proceed. I used Cambly about five years ago as a child, but I’m now trying to use the same account to subscribe. Despite wanting to pay for the service, I am being blocked by this unresolved issue.
