Calvin Klein Belt Deforms After Just Two Wears!
I purchased a Calvin Klein belt from Boyner. After the second use, my husband noticed marks, just like those in the images, and refrained from using it again. When I asked why, he showed me the issue, and I was astonished. I suggested taking it for an exchange, but they claimed it was a user error. We've been using belts from other brands for years, and such peeling and deformation take a very long time to occur. It's unacceptable for a brand like Calvin Klein to dismiss this as a user error after just two uses! How can you not stand behind your product, especially when we're paying a premium for a belt? If the quality of the belt is such that it deforms after only a couple of uses, why should we choose this brand again? I insist on an exchange or refund; it's not a user error! The deformation occurred at the last hole because the product is not of high quality. Urgent resolution is demanded!
