Calvin Klein Denied Purse Refund Over Ripped Corners in 20 Days!
I bought a Calvin Klein bag recently, and in just 20 days, the bottom corners have ripped. When I tried to return the item, I gave it to the customer service at the store. They told me that they would send it to Calvin Klein's customer service. But then, I found out that my refund request was denied without any clear explanation. It was quite shocking. They simply say it's because of "user error," but how could there be any mistakes in just 20 days? Boyner stores and Calvin Klein don't take any responsibility for their products. I've just raised a concern, and they're looking at the item again for the second time. I want a solution to my problem and a complete refund.
