I bought a Calvin Klein bag from Boyner on October 23, 2023, and within a year, the leather started peeling. I took it back to Boyner, hoping for a resolution, and they sent it in for inspection. However, the response came back as a rejection, claiming it was due to “user error.” I’m frustrated because there’s only so much one can do to a leather bag to cause peeling, and I took good care of it. If Calvin Klein won’t take responsibility, Boyner should offer a replacement or exchange. Boyner, please address this issue and support your customers when brand quality doesn’t meet expectations.
