Calvin Klein Boot Damage Not Covered by Warranty – What to Do


On October 19, 2023, I purchased a pair of Calvin Klein boots from Boyner for approximately ₺4,000. I used the boots only for daily wear under normal conditions, but before even a year had passed, cracks and splits appeared on both sides of the boots. I brought them to the Boyner store for inspection, and within two days, I was told that the claim had been rejected due to “user error.”
When I bought the product, I was specifically told that I wouldn’t face any quality issues with Calvin Klein products. I also paid for the item in six monthly installments, and it’s very disappointing that such a problem has appeared so soon after purchase. I find it unacceptable that a boot used only for walking in normal conditions would crack and break within a year.
I request that Boyner and Calvin Klein reexamine the product thoroughly and provide a clear explanation as to how this could be considered user error. I expect my issue to be resolved quickly — either through a product replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
