I Paid for 800+160 CP in Call of Duty Mobile But Never Received Them Since June 9

I’m truly exhausted and beyond frustrated with how unresponsive and careless your support has been. On June 9, 2025, I purchased 800+160 CP via your official website for ₺319. Since that day, the CP has not been added to my Call of Duty Mobile account.

I have contacted support numerous times through email and in-game channels, but all I’ve received are irrelevant, copy-paste replies or empty promises. Despite submitting all requested information, including screenshots and payment proof, there has been no real help—just stalling tactics. I’ve even received a support email I couldn’t understand, and when I asked for clarification, I was completely ignored.

I’ve kept records and screenshots of all communications and will take legal action if necessary. It’s not about the money—what matters is the complete lack of accountability and the dismissive way you’ve handled this issue.

I demand an immediate investigation and delivery of the CP I paid for. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I’m prepared to escalate this to consumer protection authorities, regardless of the cost.
