Unauthorized PUBG Mobile Charges on My Account

On February 11, 2025, two unauthorized transactions of ₺794.99 each were charged to my account for PUBG Mobile purchases—without my consent. What’s even more concerning is that mobile payments were disabled on my account, yet I suddenly received a message saying they had been re-enabled without my approval. I immediately turned them off again, but shortly after, they were activated once more, leading to these unauthorized charges.

This is a serious security issue, and I see that many others are facing the same problem. How is it possible for payments to be processed without the user’s permission?

I demand an immediate refund and a proper explanation for this security breach. PUBG Mobile, fix this now! I will escalate my complaint if my money is not returned!
