I Paid ₺550 for Free Fire Diamonds on GGTopUp but Didn’t Receive Them

On 02/06/2025, I purchased ₺550 worth of diamonds for Garena Free Fire through the GGTopUp website. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but I never received the diamonds in my game account. I waited for the transaction to be processed, but nothing has been delivered so far.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid in full, followed all the steps on the platform, and have proof of payment. Yet I’m left without the product I purchased and without any support or acknowledgment from Garena or GGTopUp.

I am formally requesting a full refund of the ₺550 I paid. If the diamonds cannot be delivered, then my money must be returned immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved as soon as possible, I will pursue legal action to protect my consumer rights. I expect a prompt and complete resolution without further delay.
